Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Black Sheep Pub & Liquor Store. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and develop kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring that kitchen operations are run within budget and that all financial targets are met.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
- Establish and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring that all kitchen staff are aware of and adhere to these standards.
- Work closely with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that all food is presented in an attractive and appealing way.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
