About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application and System Solutions Engineer to join our team at Canada Goose Holdings Inc. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a critical role in transforming our retail operations through cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Software Solutions: Develop and improve software applications aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Bridge Business and Engineering Teams: Collaborate with business partners and engineering teams to drive innovation and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Solve Complex Scenarios and Issues: Provide expert-level guidance and input to sequencing within the technology roadmap, and recommend solutions for complex scenarios and issues.
  • Configure and Enhance Applications: Configure new application features, deprecate existing features, and develop and implement enhancements for existing applications and platforms.
  • Lead Technical Documentation: Create and review technical documentation, and maintain expert-level knowledge of application systems.
  • Plan and Align Application Security: Plan for and align application security models according to best practices and license efficiency.
  • Interact with User Community: Interact with the user community to solve problems, augment system functionality, and improve the user experience.
Requirements
  • University Degree: University degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related fields.
  • Technical Expertise: 3-5+ years of experience as a technology expert, implementing Order Management Solutions across various Enterprise Applications platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of D365 ERP, Salesforce, and D365 CE is an asset.
  • Methodologies: Experience working with agile/scrum methodologies.
  • System Implementations: Minimum of 2 full system implementations in a full Retail model or point of sale application.
  • Certifications: 5+ years experience in D365 Commerce and certification is required. Certification such as CBAP, PMI-BAP, or accompanying certification MSFT, Azure, Cloud, Salesforce services are also an asset.
