About the Role

As an Application Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to our engineering teams, ensuring the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications. You will work closely with our Enterprise Architecture team to refine our engineering roadmap and apply engineering OKRs to optimize strategic engineering KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refine the application architecture and technical delivery vision, ensuring every team member understands the vision.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture to refine the engineering roadmap.
  • Work with other Engineering leaders and stakeholders to apply engineering OKRs to optimize strategic engineering KPIs.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering teams.
  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software development experience with clear progression through various roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience providing hands-on architectural design for software applications.
  • Ample knowledge of enterprise technologies, including J2EE, Cloud, containers, APIs, ReST, Caching, and enterprise application integration and system design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile, DevOps, and iterative development methodologies.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microservices, design patterns, cloud native development, and SRE practices.
