About the Role:
We're looking for a confident and people-oriented individual who can lead our retail operations and inspire our team to achieve store sales targets. As a Retail Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing Retail Operations: Oversee and analyze our systems and processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Coaching and Training: Share your passion and expertise with our sales team to help them achieve store sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, product ordering, and pricing to ensure we're always stocked with the latest products.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, payroll management, scheduling, and cost of goods management to ensure we're operating efficiently.
- Customer Experience: Provide a welcoming environment for our guests and beauty consultants, ensuring they have an exceptional experience every time they visit.
About You:
We're looking for someone with:
- At least 5 years of experience in a retail leadership role
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Superior time management skills
- Knowledge of computer systems like Point of Sales, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Gmail
- A knack for problem-solving
