Job Responsibilities:

  • Examine patients' teeth, periodontium, and surrounding tissues to diagnose and plan treatment.
  • Provide comprehensive dental care including direct and indirect restorations, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and pedodontics.
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
  • Prescribe medications and refer patients to specialists as needed.
  • Supervise dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff.
  • Administer Nitrous Oxide and limited sedatives.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program (Canadian or American Dental Institutions) or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process.
  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements (assistance provided if licensed elsewhere).
  • Strong command of English, both written and oral.
  • Valid CPR certification.
