Dental Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Brunswick Square Dental. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for preparing patients for dental examinations, taking and developing X-rays, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for dental examinations, including taking vital signs and explaining treatment procedures.
- X-Ray Services: Take and develop X-rays as needed, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnoses.
- Treatment Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, including sterilizing instruments and disposing of waste.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members to ensure seamless care.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: Will train.
- Certifications: Registration with provincial or territorial authorities and certification by the National Dental Assisting Examining Board.
