Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Manager/Change Lead to join our Business Change team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing business change initiatives to drive transformation and growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead material projects/workstreams and/or a portfolio of initiatives to drive business change and transformation.
  • Oversee project planning, issue/risk management, budget tracking, timelines, and other project activities to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to engage stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders to drive consensus on initiative direction and delivery.
  • Communicate with business lines, functional, and operational units on all aspects of the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working within Wealth Management or Private Banking businesses.
  • Strong understanding of high net worth clients, products, and services.
  • Relevant degree, formal business qualification, or experience working in Programme, Project, or Change Management functions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of Financial Services.
