Marble Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marble Installation Specialist to join our team at Grand River Granite LTD. As a Marble Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, measuring, and marking surfaces to be covered with marble, as well as setting tiles in place and applying pressure to affix them to the base.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered with marble
- Set tiles in place and apply pressure to affix them to the base
- Align and straighten tiles
- Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools
- Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles
- Install tile strips
As a Marble Installation Specialist, you will work in a commercial, industrial, and residential setting. You will be exposed to odours and dusty environments.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Ability to distinguish between colours
- Attention to detail
- Hand-eye co-ordination
