We are seeking a skilled Marble Artisan to join our team at Grand River Granite LTD. As a Marble Artisan, you will be responsible for preparing, measuring, and marking surfaces to be covered with marble, as well as installing tile strips and aligning and straightening tiles.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered with marble
- Install tile strips and align and straighten tiles
- Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools
- Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in tile installation
- Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
