Job Title: Car Wash Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at Horizon Autobody Collision Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Car Wash Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, preparing budgets and cost estimates, and recommending additional services as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for car wash services
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed
  • Receive payment for specialized car wash services
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing situations
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment and to lift up to 25 kg.
