Job Title: Car Wash Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Car Wash Operations Manager to join our team at Ace Auto Detailing. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet customer demand and achieve business objectives.
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote our services.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Criminal record check, driver's validity licence check, and driving record check (abstract).
  • Own transportation and a valid driver's licence.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Client focus, flexibility, and reliability.
