We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Wash Operations Manager to join our team at Ace Auto Detailing. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment.
  • Customer Service: Evaluate daily operations to ensure that customer needs are met, and address any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
  • Certifications: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
