About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tangible Capital Program Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Capital Infrastructure Program, you will provide financial advice and analysis to senior management, capital program staff, and client departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage capital expenditures and cash flow for infrastructure projects, ensuring that commitments are in line with budget allocations.
  • Monitor and analyze spending forecasts, making recommendations to senior management to address variances.
  • Develop and implement measures to improve the financial position of the Department of Public Works in relation to the Capital Infrastructure Program.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for financial matters related to the Capital Infrastructure Program, ensuring effective communication with client departments and external boards.
Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. An accounting designation (CPA) is preferred. You should possess excellent communication and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports in a timely manner.
