About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capital Program Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Capital Infrastructure Program, you will provide financial advice and analysis to support the development and implementation of our capital projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and capital program staff on all financial matters related to capital spending.
  • Manage capital approvals and commitments in accordance with legislation and audit requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to ensure that capital budgets are met.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced financial professional with a strong background in capital budgeting and financial analysis. A bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in a similar role are required. An accounting designation (CPA) is preferred.

You will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to produce accurate and timely reports. Previous experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of financial principles and regulations are essential.
