Chez Fiera Capital, nous recherchons un(e) Analyste principal(e) Fiscalité pour rejoindre notre équipe de Trésorerie et Partenariats. Vous serez chargé(e) de l'application des procédures de conformité, de déclaration et de planification en matière de fiscalité canadienne pour nos partenariats, sociétés par actions et fiducies.

Responsabilités
  • Superviser et coordonner tous les éléments de la conformité fiscale et des déclarations de revenus pour plusieurs partenariats, sociétés par actions et fiducies, en collaboration avec des cabinets externes.
  • Gérer les relations avec l'ARC en ce qui concerne les audits, les demandes de renseignements et les questions administratives, ainsi que préparer les réponses nécessaires.
  • Superviser la conformité en matière de TPS et de TVH, ainsi que les exigences relatives aux productions de déclarations pour plusieurs fonds immobiliers.
  • Administrer le processus de conformité et de production de déclarations en matière de droits de mutation immobilière auprès des municipalités concernées.
  • Répondre aux questions des investisseurs concernant les déclarations fiscales et l'incidence sur les particuliers.
  • Assurer la liaison avec les unités d'affaires internes et contribuer à la prestation de services de soutien fiscal, sous la gouverne de la haute direction.
Exigences
  • Titre de CPA obtenu ou sur le point de l'être.
  • Expérience de la fiscalité et de la conformité à un poste d'analyste ou d'associé pendant au moins trois ans.
  • Bonne compréhension des lois fiscales et des exigences en matière de conformité pour les partenariats, les sociétés par actions et les fiducies.
  • Expérience quant aux enjeux touchant la Loi sur la taxe d'accise ainsi que la TPS et la TVH (conformité et production de déclarations).
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication permettant d'expliquer efficacement des questions fiscales complexes aux parties prenantes financières et non financières, le cas échéant.
  • Expérience en matière de réorganisation d'entreprise et d'opérations de transfert d'actifs, ainsi que des incidences fiscales associées, un atout.
  • Expérience dans le domaine de l'immobilier, un atout.
