- Vendor Management: Maintain a list of approved vendors, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Payment Processing: Process payments to vendors in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payments, and vendor information.
- Compliance: Ensure that all accounts payable transactions are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Education: College diploma in administration or related field.
- Language: Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal relationships, organization and structure, rigor and attention to detail.
