Front End Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Jace Holdings Ltd. as a key member of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by coaching and developing friendly, well-trained staff to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Department Supervision: Supervise the front end department and staff, acting as the go-to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with SOP, OH&S, food safety, and other corporate initiatives, as well as execute company inventory control procedures.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, develop, motivate, and coach employees, and provide regular feedback to support the department leadership team.
- Operations: Schedule and monitor breaks, back-ups, and other departmental activities, and participate in the final inventory calculations.
- Store Presentation: Lead the department in accordance with company presentation standards, and ensure a clean and presentable work area at all times.
- Education: High School Diploma
- Skills: Full knowledge of department operations and skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
