Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at All Clear Building Maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, including minutes and action items.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work Environment: Office environment with minimal supervision.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
