Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at All Clear Building Maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate records of employee data and information.
  • Office Management: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Customer Service: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work Environment: Permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
