Business Development Representative

About the RoleAs a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the employee benefits space. You'll work closely with our licensed advisors to set up appointments with high-potential contacts and prepare them for sales conversations. Your goal will be to help businesses find a better way to provide employee benefits and drive growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify new business leads through cold-calling and outreach efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
