About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our team at Fresh Form Draft. As an Event Assistant, you will play a vital role in the planning and execution of various events, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site support.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support the creation and management of event timelines, budgets, and schedules.
  • Oversee event set-up, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to events, including preparing reports and maintaining event records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any issues that may arise during events.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management or a related field is a plus.
