Job Title: Freight Sales Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Sales Agent to join our team at Ecx Global Logistics Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, estimating or quoting prices, and preparing and administering sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Visit trade shows, showrooms, factories, and product design events
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Conduct sales transactions
  • Conduct sales calls
  • Present own material or material prepared by others
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Italian language proficiency
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Client-focused and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Organized and accurate
