We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Evolution Fulfillment Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as required.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee the operation of the warehouse, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a team of 5-10 people. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work 30-40 hours per week.
