Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Lally Bros Holding Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and coordinating activities with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery
  • Train workers in duties and policies to improve productivity and product quality
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize warehouse operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a team of logistics professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
