Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Inform Installations Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery, and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
  • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and train workers in duties and policies.
  • Arrange training for staff and conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and establish work schedules and procedures to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including inventory management and storage.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
