We are seeking a skilled Floor Sander and Polisher to join our team at Dream Homes Renovation & Constructions Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, ensuring professionalism in customer service, and reading blueprints to determine work requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install exterior prefabricated products
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Repair and maintain exterior prefabricated products
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Supervise other workers
  • Operate hand and power tools
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
Work Environment:

As a Floor Sander and Polisher, you will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. You must be able to handle heavy loads and have excellent attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Cellular phone
Work Conditions:

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English, and the job involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
