Job Title: Floor Sander and Polisher

We are seeking a skilled Floor Sander and Polisher to join our team at Dream Homes Renovation & Constructions Ltd.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, providing exceptional customer service, and reading blueprints and drawings to determine work requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install exterior prefabricated products with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide professionalism in customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, demonstrating physical stamina and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a safe and stable work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail. The role involves handling heavy loads and working in a physically demanding environment.

Weight Handling:

The successful candidate will be required to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).Own Tools/Equipment:

  • Steel-toed safety boots.
  • Cellular phone.
