Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floor Sander and Polisher to join our team at Dream Homes Renovation & Constructions Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, adhering to strict quality standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring precise and accurate results
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion
  • Utilize hand and power tools, maintaining a high level of proficiency and safety
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a safe and stable work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working at heights
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
