We are seeking a skilled Floor Sander and Polisher to join our team at Dream Homes Renovation & Constructions Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest quality of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products to maintain their quality and extend their lifespan.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring precise and accurate measurements.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a safe and stable work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to handle heavy loads.

Weight Handling

The successful candidate will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
