Executive Chef for ST LOUIS BAR

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cooking and a proven track record of success in managing high-volume food service operations.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearThis is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job DescriptionAs our new Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and quality in their dining experience.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations, and ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume food service operation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Degree in culinary arts or related field (an asset)
