About the Job
We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team at Fred's Bar & Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Cooking and preparing complete meals or individual dishes and foods to order.
Ensuring that all food is prepared in a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Supervising kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient service and high-quality food output.
Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize ordering and minimize waste.
Ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or related field.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
Benefits
$40,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience.

Flexible working hours, typically 40 hours per week.
