About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to ensure timely interventions.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote effective care and recovery.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Valid RPN license in Canada.
  • Completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
