We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential nursing care to patients in Delta, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing nursing assessments, providing direct patient care, and assisting in developing and implementing patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify patient needs.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring patient responses.

Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license in Canada.
