About the Role

Wealthsimple is seeking a seasoned Demand Generation Manager to spearhead our demand generation efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Own the planning and execution of all demand generation tactics, campaigns, and measurement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively engage target audiences
  • Stay ahead of the latest digital industry trends, platforms, and technologies
  • Manage and optimize multi-million dollar campaigns
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation and growth marketing
  • Strong technical background in app marketing, paid digital, and optimization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
