Pame Eco Technology is seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team in the development of new chemical formulations and processes. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting research to develop new chemical formulations and processes, as well as participating in the commercialization of new products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and a proven track record of success in research and development. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting research to develop new chemical formulations and processes
  • Participating in the commercialization of new products
  • Supervising other chemists
  • Analyzing, synthesizing, purifying, modifying and characterizing chemical or biochemical compounds
  • Developing and conducting programs of analysis to ensure quality control of raw materials, chemical intermediates or final products
