About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring ECE Assistant to join our team at Richmond Star Education Ltd. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare center and contributing to the development of young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a Safe and Healthy Environment
    • Ensure the daycare equipment is in good working condition and maintain a clean and safe environment for children.
  • Engaging Children in Activities
    • Develop and implement engaging activities that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
    • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that meet the needs of children.
  • Supporting Early Childhood Educators
    • Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Preparing Meals and Snacks
    • Prepare healthy snacks and meals for children, and assist in setting up the dining area.
  • Attending Staff Meetings
    • Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress, share ideas, and address any concerns related to children's development.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • First Aid Certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a childcare setting
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
