Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Doaba Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing residential construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction workers and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Set up equipment and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Recommend personnel actions and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support project needs.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
