About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Doaba Construction Ltd. As a key member of our residential construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills of our construction team members.
  • Equipment Management: Set up and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions to ensure the effective management of our construction team.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that projects are completed on time.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that our construction projects have the necessary resources to complete the work.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
