Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

At Doaba Construction Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our residential construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
* Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets
* Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
* Set up equipment and ensure it is properly maintained
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and report any incidents or near-misses
* Recommend personnel actions to management
* Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure projects are completed on time
* Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
* Requisition materials and supplies as needed

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction or a related field
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced construction environment

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
