About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic brand campaigns that drive measurable, impactful brand growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative marketing initiatives that resonate with small business owners.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of Relay's brand presence in the market, evaluating how the brand contributes to overall business growth and market positioning.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor brand campaigns and industry trends to support high-quality campaign development.
  • Upskill team members across the organization on the value of brand and be a trusted source of brand expertise and competitor insights.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
  • Experience working at a startup or high-growth environment, with a passion for building B2B brands.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
