Job Title: Senior Brand Marketing Manager

Relay is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth and awareness.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and analytical individual who can craft compelling brand stories and measure their impact. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand strategies that drive business growth and awareness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Craft compelling brand stories and measure their impact
  • Manage and coordinate external resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
  • Conduct ongoing research and customer interviews to inform industry-leading opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor brand campaigns and industry trends
Requirements
  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience
  • Proven track record of developing and leading strategic brand campaigns that drove measurable, impactful brand growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, scrappy environment
  • Experience working at a startup or high-growth environment
  • Experience building B2B brands
