Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

At Joe Fresh, we're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our brand marketing efforts. As Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive sales, category, and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, including creative development, media planning, and project management
  • Collaborate with leadership and business partners to ensure marketing plans are aligned with strategic and annual plan objectives
  • Manage marketing budgets and forecasts, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Coach and develop a team of brand marketers to drive business results
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to inform marketing decisions
