About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at Relay. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our brand strategy, driving impactful and innovative marketing initiatives that drive our awareness among U.S. small business owners and fuels our growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content across various channels, including digital, video, social media, print, and experiential.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of our brand presence in the market, evaluating how the brand contributes to overall business growth and market positioning.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor brand campaigns and industry trends to support high-quality campaign development.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
