Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bartle & Gibson. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at our counter and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering exceptional customer service at our counter and over the phone
  • Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders
  • Processing orders in the system
  • Sourcing materials for customers when currently not in stock
  • Consistent training and understanding of current products
  • Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Handling returns as required
  • Keeping counter and sales area clean
  • Merchandising and showcasing product

Requirements:

  • Minimum grade 12 education required
  • Post-Secondary courses in Plumbing, Electrical or Heating are considered an asset
  • Knowledge of the Plumbing, Electrical and Heating industry or a background in plumbing products would be considered an asset
