Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration and Document Management Specialist to join our team at Fleetway Engineering. As a key member of our Information Management team, you will be responsible for receiving, tracking, and monitoring technical drawings and documentation. Your attention to detail and ability to accurately log drawing information for reports into our database will be crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, tracking, and monitoring technical drawings and documentation
  • Logging drawing information for reports into database
  • Responding to internal and external drawing and documentation requests
  • Generating Document Control reports; checking accuracy and quality of documents before cataloguing, forwarding material to client, printing, photocopying and folding as required
