Job Description:

Total Systems Solutions Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Service Catalog Specialist to join our team. As a ServiceNow Service Catalog Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Service Catalog items within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Service Catalog items to meet business requirements

• Configure and manage Service Request workflows to ensure efficient request processing

• Integrate Service Catalog with other ServiceNow modules to ensure seamless functionality

• Optimize Service Catalog processes to improve user experience and reduce request processing time

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Service Catalog and Service Request Management

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow's Service Catalog and Request Management modules

• Experience in designing and implementing Service Catalog items

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
