At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and operations of our community, ensuring exceptional resident care and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve resident satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to inform business decisions
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior living or healthcare management
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
