Director, Investment Management Services

At Leaders International, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Investment Management Services to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic and operational management support to the company.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate information on subsidiary companies, joint ventures, and partnerships to inform management decisions.
  • Address corporate- or company-specific issues as they arise and make recommendations to the COO to ensure investments are protected and profitable.
  • Ensure the company and its subsidiaries are in good standing with regulators regarding corporate filings, licensing, and regulatory submissions.
  • Research, analyze, and recommend new venture opportunities that meet the company's profit and Inuit benefit expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in investment management and business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
