Business Development Director

**Job Summary**

The Business Development Director will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic and operational management support to Leaders International. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the company's subsidiaries, joint ventures, and partnerships, and providing management with accurate and timely information to inform decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of subsidiaries, joint ventures, and partnerships to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide strategic and operational management support to the COO and other senior managers.
  • Research and analyze new business opportunities to identify potential investments that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Ensure that the company is in good standing with regulators and that all required corporate filings, licensing, and regulatory submissions are up to date.

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
