Director, Investment Management Services

Job Summary:

The Director, Investment Management Services will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic and operational management support to the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain current and accurate information on subsidiary companies, joint ventures, and partnerships to gauge performance and support management decisions.
  • Address corporate- or company-specific issues as they arise and make recommendations to the COO to ensure investments are protected and profitable.
  • Ensure the company and its subsidiaries are in good standing with regulators regarding corporate filings, licensing, and regulatory submissions.
  • Research, analyze, and recommend new venture opportunities that meet the company's profit and Inuit benefit expectations.
